Dr. Cosmas Maduabuchukwu Maduka, CON, is an Entrepreneur, and Minister of the Gospel and Founder, President & CEO, Coscharis Group.
He is a distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and ordained minister whose life is a compelling testimony of God’s grace, faith, and purpose.
Born on December 24, 1958, in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, Dr. Maduka faced profound challenges early in life. Following the death of his father at the age of four, he was thrust into hardship and denied access to formal education. Yet, through divine providence, unwavering faith, and a steadfast work ethic, he rose from these humble beginnings to become one of Africa’s most respected business leaders.
Dr. Maduka founded the major conglomerate known as Coscharis Group with interests across diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy today, as a small trading outfit.
A man passionate about empowering others, Dr. Maduka is a frequent speaker at youth conferences, Christian gatherings, and entrepreneurship forums. He openly shares his personal testimony, emphasizing that it is faith in God, discipline, and diligence that shape the future. His life message, consistently reinforced in his teachings, is that with God, all things are possible.
Dr. Maduka’s influence has extended beyond the business world into Christian ministry and philanthropy. He is an ordained minister in the Local Christian Assembly Church, where he continues to serve faithfully.
