Popular Nollywood Yoruba Actor Taiwo Hassan popularly called Ogogo has lost his battle against cancer. The death of the actor was confirmed in the evening of Sunday August 23 by His daughter, Kira Hassan, via an emotional Instagram Live video with the short heart breaking declaration “My daddy is dead. I can’t believe it.”
Kira some days back had called for help after disclosing that his father was battling Stage 4 Cancer.
The Actor died at the age of 66.
Burial Slated for Monday August 24,2026
The Ilaro Muslim Community has announced that the late actor would be buried on Monday August 24 in Ilaro Ogun State.
