1. The Bola Ahmed Tinubu/Otunba Gbenga Daniel (BATOGD) Movement wishes to thank and appreciate its members for full compliance at ensuring that the imminent bloodbath was averted by its proactive action yesterday.
2. The tactical stay away directive from the leadership averted what could have been the worst political bloodshed on innocent participants in the history of Senatorial Primary elections in the State.
3. We thank His Exc The Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel for heeding the advice of the Movement, confirming that his ambition is not worth sacrificing the lives of his people. And we believe he is one of the heroes of this democratic process.
4. The Movement remains firmly committed to the ideals of internal democracy, party unity, and the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
5. We now call on all our members, supporters, and associates to actively join and participate fully in the remaining APC primaries, particularly the Governorship and Presidential party elections.
