Very soon, the crisis between the Nafi’u Bala Gombe faction and the David Mark-led faction will finally come to an end. After deep reflection and careful consideration, I have decided to bring this entire saga to a close for the good of our country.

Nafi’u Bala and I had an understanding that once this case reached the Supreme Court, he would either resign or align with the David Mark-led faction, because both of us knew he had already resigned from his position. Unfortunately, that agreement was not honored.

As a result, I have decided that this week I will reveal everything that happened during my time as the National Youth Leader of his faction.

I can no longer continue living under threats from Nafi’u Bala Gombe. I am tired. Nigeria deserves peace, stability, and honest leadership above personal interests and political games.

To my fellow Nigerians, I sincerely apologize for my role in conspiring with Nafi’u Bala. I deeply regret my actions and take full responsibility for them. History will judge us all, but I believe it is never too late to choose what is right.
