Crafted and championed by the dynamic and reform-driven Honourable Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, the policy is already being hailed as one of the most transformative travel and immigration reforms in Nigeria’s history.
This innovative policy simplifies visa procedures, introduces a user-friendly e-visa platform, and expands visa-on-arrival options—all in a bid to open Nigeria up to legitimate travelers, investors, tourists, and the diaspora. The ripple effect has been immediate. Business leaders, travel experts, and diaspora communities have responded with enthusiastic approval:
