The Asiwaju Group (TAG) warmly congratulates His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his resounding victory at the Court of Appeal today.
The affirmation of his election as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State is a testament to the will of the people and a validation of his mandate. We commend the Court of Appeal for upholding justice and dismissing the appeal filed by the SDP candidate.
This ruling is a clear indication that the destiny of Kogi State is in capable hands. We celebrate this victory with the good people of Kogi State and pledge our continued support for the Governor’s transformative agenda.
As the father of the state, we urge Governor Ododo to be magnanimous in victory and extend a hand of fellowship to all, regardless of political affiliations. We encourage him to rally everyone towards the common goal of developing Kogi State and improving the lives of its citizens. By doing so, he will cement his legacy as a true leader and a champion of democracy.
