Super Eagle’s player, Calvin Chinedu Bassey from Akwa Ibom or Anambra State ?
Calvin Chinedu Bassey ( Birth name , Calvin Chinedu Ughelumba ) is a Nigerian footballer who plays for Fulham Football Club in England.
He is from Ihiala in Anambra State. He was born in Italy to the family of Ikenna Ughelumba but due to breakup between his parents, Ikenna and Ebere Etim Bassey, the mother took him and his three other siblings to the United Kingdom. Calvin decided to put Bassey on his jersey in order to show gratitude to his mother who did everything to train them for many years after break up with their father.
