Media personality and Arise TV presenter, Rufai Oseni has reacted after the labor party presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi, visited Muslims in Onitsha, Anambra state
It would be recalled that the former governor of Anambra state visited the Muslims in celebration of the Eid Filtr. During the visit, he shared gifts with them and also engaged them in various discussions
Reacting, Oseni said the act portrayed by Peter Obi has just shown that he is a candidate for all religion
Speaking on the Arise TV morning show, he said Peter Obi has shamed those calling him a Christian candidate
In the video, he said “Irrespective of religion, we are united, we are all Nigerians. The truth is and I hope this will shame all those who said Peter Obi was a Christian candidate and how they blackmailed him and Said he has got nothing to do with Muslims. I am sure they will see the empirical evidence before them. Those trying to divide us with religion should understand that the true religion we should practice is our character”
