Iwo has lost one of its most distinguished sons.
Dr. Aremu Olaosebikan, the founder and chairman of the renowned Onward Specialist Hospital, Osogbo, has passed away.
He was 92 years old. The passage of the medical icon has now been confirmed.
Dr. Olaosebikan, a proud son of Iwo, dedicated his life to healthcare and built one of Osun State’s most recognised medical institutions.
His legacy in the health sector remains one that generations will continue to benefit from.
In what many man describe as a poignant final honour, the Oluwo of Iwoland had paid him a courtesy visit just one week ago, a visit that has since taken on a deeper significance following the sad news.
