Kehinde Adegbodu , the surviving Twin of the Gospel Duo Adegbodu Brothers recalled the events leading to the death of his twin brother Taiwo Adegbodu.
“We usually hold our night prayers together at 9pm every day.
That Saturday, we prayed as usual and everyone went to bed.
At about 10pm, I went to Taiwo’s room to remind him that church service the next morning was by 10am.
As usual with him, He was playing a game on his phone and said he would sleep early in order to wake up early for the church service the next day.
About five minutes to 11pm, I heard a knock on my door and when I checked, it was him.
He said was was not feeling fine and was experiencing a sharp pain in his chest.
He suggested that we should go to the hospital. And I quickly agreed and we set out for the hospital just five minutes from our house.
His wife wanted to come along, but he told her not to worry, saying he only wanted to see the doctor.”
We got to the hospital and that was it. He didn’t make it out of the hospital.
