Federal High Court in Abuja has ruled on suit seeking to remove the national chairman of African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark as well as the party’s national secretary, Rauf Aregbesola.
The presiding judge, Justice Joyce Abdulmalik on Friday, March 6, 2026 threw out the suit for lack of merit, citing that the suit bordered on internal party affair which is not justiceable by a court; hence, no court has jurisdiction over such matter.
