The Kano chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, has flagged off its online membership registration as Governor Abba Yusuf goes back and forth, postponing his defection date severally.
The Kano APC leaders had earlier fixed January 15 for the commencement of the e-membership registration in the state, but the date was postponed sine die allegedly at the request of the governor.
A source familiar with the development told this newspaper that when the governor realised that the Kano APC was moving ahead with its registration, he reported the matter to Vice President Kashim Shettima.
