Iranian state television aired a threat against U.S. President Donald Trump on January 14, displaying his 2024 rally image with the message, “This time, the bullet won’t miss.”
The broadcast appeared amid speculation of a possible U.S. strike on Tehran and was shared online by journalist Emily Schrader.
Iran had issued a similar threat in 2022, posting a video depicting an assassination attempt on Trump at his Mar-a-Lago golf course. Trump said he was informed that plans for executions in Iran have been halted.
The warning comes as Iran faces mass protests, with rights groups reporting 1,850 deaths and a nationwide internet blockade.
