Come Friday, April 11, 2025, celebrated Nigerian business mogul Dr Adedeji Adeleke will receive Vanguard Newspapers highest honor when he becomes Vanguard Newspapers Personality of the year 2025.
Dr Deji Adeleke is father of one of Nigeria’s biggest musical exports Davido.
Aside from playing a big role in real estate, oil and gas as well as the power sector in Nigeria and beyond, Dr Adeleke, a finance wiz is founder of Adeleke University, Ede, Osun state.
His brother, Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke is currently Governor of Osun state while his late brother Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke famously known as Serubawon was first elected Governor of Osun, later became a senator before sudden death at 62.
The Adeleke’s and their big influence in Osun, Nigeria and the world is traceable to a wonderful pedigree.
Their father Chief Raji Ayoola Adeleke who lived across the country was a Senator in the second Republic and spared nothing in giving his children quality education.
Many tend to agree that Vanguard Newspapers choice of Dr. Deji Adeleke as Personality of the year is so right.
