The Past NURSS Leaders Forum (PANLEAF) has extended heartfelt congratulations to its Steering Committee Chairman, Professor Isaac Zeb-Obipi, on his recent appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Rivers State University, Nkpolu Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt.
