Another Thank You To All* We had another very successful conference yesterday with *Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, the Director General/Chief Executive Officer, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) who enthralled us with the reforms he is bringing to bear in his agency and the progress the agency is making since he assumed office as the honcho. Our special guest, who is another Diasporan making waves in the administration of President Tinubu lay credence to the often-bandied quality of Mr. President of being an adept head-hunter and human capacity developer of note. Like *Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi* of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun enthralled all of us with the litany of reforms he has introduced to his agency, top of which is the City & Guilds’ approval of the ITF Certification, the licensing of Artisans upon completion of their training, the training of Artisans in their respective local lingo as well as the introduction of *The Market Place,* similar to the Check A Trader in the UK which is an encyclopaedia of Artisans at each geographical location for ease of reference for service users, as well as the introduction of Skill-UP Artisans (SUPA) geared towards empowering Artisans through tech-enabled skills training, licensing, access to essential toolkits, and promoting industry-standard excellence to enable the Artisans compete in the global market. His agency is also linking some of the best performing Artisans with foreign governments and companies for internship opportunities. It must be said that the advent of Diasporans into this administration has brought with it fresh and innovative ideas of running government agencies and the agencies lucky enough to have these Diasporans are the better for it. In another attestation to the receptive nature of this administration, and in line with the aims and objectives of the team behind *The Renewed Hope Global,* another scenario of *Preparation meet Opportunity* presented itself to few of the participants who got invitations to visit our special guest in Abuja to formally present their proposals for consideration. Our special guest did not stop there, he went further to extend the invitation to every Nigerians at home and abroad with well-prepared proposals to contact him through The Renewed Hope Global team. There were other highlights on the Conference, the first being the attendance of one of our previous special guests, *Dr. Nurudeen Abubakar Zauro,* Technical Adviser to President Tinubu on Economic & Financial Inclusion who apart from eulogising our special guest for his superlative performance also promised collaboration with ITF on areas of mutual interest for the benefit of Nigerians. The biggest highlight is the appearance of our Grand Patron, *Hon. Babatunde Ogala SAN,* the Senior Counsel to *President Tinubu,* who admitted that he wanted to quietly watch the conference and give his thumbs up at the end, until he was outed by the Chief Host, also commended our special guest for the innovative reforms he is implementing at ITF which has brought tremendous progress to the agency and its service users. He also advised the team behind *The Renewed Hope Global* to continue in the wonderful service they are rendering to the country by providing a veritable platform of engagement for Nigerians and our leaders on a weekly basis. The chat room of the conference was awash with messages of encouragement for our special guest and *The Renewed Hope Global for another brilliant conference. One of such messages from *Comrade David Ajetunmobi* avers: “Well done the organisers of this platform. By this programme, our democracy is honoured.” The accompanying video clip is slightly longer than usual because it captures series of eventful moments during the conference. It is worth watching.
