Obi Is Too Smart That He Used His Name To File Petition Against Tinubu Instead Of Party Name-Onunuju

While talking about the presidential court case and other things happening in the Nigerian politics today, Dr Katch Onunuju (Special Adviser to Peter Obi on Public Affairs) said that Peter Obi is experienced in filing petitions at the tribunals, he had done it before while he was a governor in Anambra state, so he’s using the experience he had then to approach the tribunals.
Katch Onunuju said “Peter Obi is too smart that he had to use his name to file the petition against Bola Tinubu of the APC instead of using the Labour Party’s name, using the Labour Party’s name to file the petition has negative effects. Then Peter Obi was too smart to avoid those effects by using his name to file the petition at the tribunals”.

“If he had used the party’s name to file the petition, the labour party might decide to withdraw the case by themselves even without consulting Peter Obi, and that’s where Lamidi Apapa comes into the picture. They want to use Lamidi Apapa to withdraw the case as the Chairman of the party, that’s why he’s fighting up and down for the position, but he won’t succeed because Peter is an experienced man at the tribunals, he knows all this”.
“Because of the experience Peter Obi has at the tribunals, he had to use his name to file the petition instead of the Labour Party’s name. With this action, Lamidi Apapa can’t succeed in withdrawing the case from the court because it wasn’t filed with the Labour Party’s name, but Peter Obi’s name instead”.
