BRITTAANIA-U UPDATE ON THE FIRE OUTBREAK AT ITS FLOATING PRODUCTION STORAGE AND OFFLOADING FACILITY (FPSO).
Brittania-U wishes to update the general public that the fire incident which occurred on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at its Floating Production Storage and Offloading Facility (FPSO) situated at the former OML 90 field, now PML 6, off shore Ogulagha Kingdom offshore Warri, is now under control. The Company has commenced a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the fire incident and will share further updates with the public as soon as possible. Brittania -U Management wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Shell, the Nigerian Navy, NUPRC, NNPCL, NIMASA, and all well-meaning Nigerians who showed support during fire outbreak.
