Dr. Ogunsan has distinguished himself through his commitment to public safety, institutional development and strategic partnerships, particularly in strengthening the capacity of security agencies and advancing the collective security of Lagos State. His contributions reflect a deep understanding of the importance of security to sustainable development, economic prosperity and the wellbeing of our communities.
As you mark this Golden Jubilee, I commend your dedication to service and the valuable role you continue to play in building stronger security structures and fostering collaboration among government, the private sector and other stakeholders.
