PRESS RELEASE BY: ADC National Media Frontiers The leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has reached a significant turning point following today’s judgment by the Supreme Court of Nigeria. In a unanimous decision, the apex court affirmed Senator David Mark and his team as the legitimate leadership of the party, reinforcing their authority and position within the ADC structure. Furthermore, the court directed that the matter be returned to the Federal High Court for further proceedings, ensuring that due legal process continues toward final resolution. This outcome represents a strong and encouraging victory for all loyal members and supporters of the party. It not only validates the current leadership but also strengthens confidence in the rule of law and internal democracy within the ADC. With this development, steps are now underway toward the restoration of the duly recognized leadership on the INEC portal, in line with the court’s affirmation.
