Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi, a former aide to the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, is today officially declaring his intention to seek the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the Agege Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
Egunjobi, who previously served two terms as the chairman of Agege Local Government with the support of the speaker, announced his intention in a post on his Facebook page.
“Today, 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, I humbly answer the collective call of our people as I formally declare my intention to contest for the position of 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, under the platform of our great party, the 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐀𝐏𝐂).
