So in my formative years in journalism, I covered sports for TELL Magazine in the 1990s. Of course I reported female football where Hon. Omidiran was a key player as the proprietor of Omidiran babes. She also played key roles in the administration of female football before venturing into politics.
On the few occasions I met her for interviews and football related matters she displayed rich knowledge of the game. And more importantly she related well with all and sundry . Always with a warm smile , Hon. Omidiran exemplifies the Omoluabi ethos in all Ramifications.
She is indeed honourable in words and deeds.
Cerebral , engaging and patriotic, the President made a right choice in her as the Executive Chairman of the Federal Character Commission.
