Out of series of inspections that had been carried out in a bid to Complete the project was one Spectacular one, led by The Senior Special Assistant to
Governor on housing on Thursday 25th October 2025 of which Directors and Technical Professionals of the Ministry of Housing Team that Lead a JOINT INSPECTION TOUR Alongside The Team from The Project Monitoring and Implementation Unit ( PIMU) of The Governors Office and JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS TEAM of ( The Urban Shelter Company); The Private Developers who Constructed the Units of Homes Comprising of 1Bedroom; 2 ,3 and 4Bedrooms Terrace Aparrments within the Abraham Adesanya Estate in the Lekki Axis of Lagos State were on Ground.
This inspection that involved the Senior Special Assistant to Governor ;Esv.Ayodeji Amodu Ejalonibu;The Director Legal;Barrister Mrs Bukade;The JV Director Arc.Muyiwa; The Dir. Public Affairs Director; Mr Gbenga Lawal was of great importance and of immense inputs to the Successful Completion of what we Saw as a completed Project during the
Commissioning on the 21st November 2025 by the Governor; Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu.
