INVITATION TO JOIN iWALK 2024.
Project Victory Call Initiative, is a leading Non-Governmental organisation with core values in civic education towards citizens’ patriotic drive and commitment to nation building. We operate through projects; iWalk is one of our many successful intervention projects.
iWalk- Independent Walk; is our deliberate effort to create Citizens’ conscious commitment to values that can help build a better and greater nation; an annual walk to celebrate the Independence of our dear Country every October.
Our maiden edition was held in October 2022, it was captioned; iWalk: To Say No To Vote Buying!! Its acceptance by Nigerians is commendable, as over 100,000 iWalkers have participated in the walk.
The challenge of building a better and greater nation remains our confrontations and focus. As stated by iWalk rider; “4 a better and greater nation”.
To achieve this, our emphasis on the iWalk 2024 will be; iWalk4 Economic and Financial Creativity for a greater Country.
Simply put, iWalk 4 EFCC.
Beneath the drive for financial crime is the survival from poverty foisted on citizens by prevailing economic conditions, and the ensuing cultural corruption in today’s Nigeria.
The pointing of the finger in the direction of leadership is not the solution. The need to rid our society of the culture of corruption that has snared us in our self imposed poverty is the focus of the 2024 iWalk 4 EFCC.
iWalk is not a PROTEST! but a noble road show, to rouse civic awareness in citizens.
iWalk is a nexus tripod that interfaces between The Government, The People and The Private sector to collectively take responsibility to WALK and WORK together to end corruption in Nigeria.
You are therefore invited to register your patriotism and commitment to the Nigeria project by becoming an iWalker. Joining iWalk automatically conferes on you the title of an iWalker.
We have the approval of the Government through the office of the IGP and the Nigeria Police. Security of iWalkers is therefore guarantee.
The greatest SERVICE to the Nigeria STATE at this time is the need to end corruption and activate economic creativity of all citizens. Unless this is done, it might become increasingly difficult to get the public to believe in Nigeria and be prepared to add the missing values for National greatness, which must come from individual citizens at building the country we all desire and deserve.
Patriots, invited and expected for iWalk are Very Important Personality, you are hereby graciously invited to join, Da Jonathan Sunday Akuns, Galadima Daffo, the Ambassador for iWalk 2024 and Dr Bolaji O. Akinyemi, the Convener of iWalk and other Eminent Nigerians for iWalk 2024; iWalk 4 EFCC.
We shall be most grateful if you would encourage those in the sphere of your influence to also join iWalk.
iWalk was initially designed to hold in all Local Government Headquarters across the country, but in view of the tensed national atmosphere by the after-effects of August protest and rumours of another looming one. iWalk will now hold in Abuja.
